During the last years, I have developed my own style and form-language. I would describe my style as follows:

I find inspiration in nature and music. Being Swiss, I grew up surrounded by breath-taking nature - always on the go - hiking, snowboarding, travelling in trains. Those experiences and impressions served as the ideal inspiration for my illustrations. After moving to Berlin, I found new inspiration everywhere – above all during some of the many concerts that the city has to offer. Great music in small venues, every day of the week.I combine and process those two passions of mine in most of my illustrations.
My best friends are my ApplePencil and my iPad – I start each artwork on the iPad and experiment with different brushes, textures, shapes and colours before I have a final product. Of course, my three other buddies Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are always part of the creative process too.
As a change to complex illustrations, I also creating layouts, skillfully using path tool and animating objects and creatures.

Über die letzen Jahre hab ich meinen eigenen Stil und eigene Formsprache entwickelt. Meinen Stil würde ich beschreiben mit den Worten:

Inspiration finde ich in der Natur und der Musik. Als Schweizerin bin ich mit einer atemberaubenden Natur aufgewachsen - immer unterwegs beim Wandern - Snowboarden - Zug fahren. An jeder Ecke Eindrücke die sich nur so aufdrängen in Illustrationen aufgenommen und umgesetzt zu werden. Mit meinem Umzug nach Berlin lauerten überall neue Inspirationen - besonders bei den vielen Konzerten - ein Überangebot an toller Musik in kleinen Locations und das jeden Abend. In den meisten meiner Bilder werden diese beiden Leidenschaften kombiniert und verarbeitet.
Meine besten Freunde sind der ApplePencil und das iPad - jedes meiner Werke starte ich auf dem iPad und es entwickelt sich hin zum Endprodukt, indem ich viel herumexperimentiere, mit Brushes, Texturen, Formen und Farben. Meine anderen drei Kumpels, Photoshop - InDesign - Illustrator sind natürlich auch immer mit von der Partie.
Im Ausgleich zu aufwendigen Illustrationen liebe ich es auch Seiten zu layouten, gekonnt mit dem Pfadwerkzeug umzugehen oder Figuren und Objekte zu animieren.
